Exploring community thoughts on line

The current debate regarding Prop 4 in Spokane is very enlightening to me, not in terms of clarity of various arguments, but in terms of how different people respond to Prop 4. You can hear various emotional fear-based sound bites in the media without much content. Some, try to straddle the fence but also ends up in the same place. For example " I like the intent of the proposition, but it is so vague that it is not doable and will only cost the City a whole lot of money and job lost." I would like to see a clear pro and con analysis of Proposition 4. I understand the intent of Proposition 4 and I also understand the current City policies and mandated "rights" that Proposition 4 is addressing. Since I do not live in the City of Spokane and cannot vote, who am I to ask for clarity? Just sharing my thoughts!
